Evacuation Slide Lighting

BaseWest specializes in aircraft escape slide lighting systems. We have been selected sole source on every new Boeing, Airbus and major regional jet program that we have had the opportunity to bid since 1996 including A320, A330/340, A350, A380, 737, 757, 767, 777, 787, Embraer 170/190, and CSeries. We are the sole supplier for these systems to Air Cruisers and Goodrich Corporation. BaseWest developed the first “round wire” system and remains the only FAA approved escape slide lighting systems based on LED technology and advanced electronics. Luminaire housings, including the new snap-together design, are compact, as well as crush and chemical resistant.
